Select Property is one of the country’s most active and interesting property developers. They build some of the finest residential towers in the country and also have plenty of other property interests – including in Dubai.
The company has a large, talented marketing team, but they needed an extra hand for their new development in Dubai Marina. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is a premium development in a location where quality and luxury are pushed to the limits.

It’s also a place where there’s a lot of competition, so the marketing needed to be spot on. Launch was coming up fast and Amber Furr, Select’s Head of Marketing in the Middle East, reached out for assistance to make sure all the content they needed for launch was in place.
Getting a luxury Dubai development launch ready
The development microsite was the first priority. A development brochure already existed, but it was a long document that reflected the level of luxury and quality of the building itself. Slimming that down without losing that impact was essential to ensure that the microsite was aligned with the development brand and lifestyle offering.

The site is the first thing people see and the touchstone for all online marketing, so it was a nice challenge to get it right. I delivered copy to the Select team within two days and it was signed off without amends.
Supporting email campaigns to launch the building and generate leads
The second task was to create a series of sales emails that would launch the development to the market and generate leads from Select’s engaged database of clients. A brief was delivered that left room for interpretation, but the deadline was short so there was no time for a long review process.
The campaigns sold the building, the location and the lifestyle on offer – the three key brand pillars for Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. Focussing on that information provided a structure for the copy, and I delivered the email campaign successfully on a short deadline. Again, no amends were required.
