Ways of working

If your construction or property business needs an outside eye to help upgrade your content marketing, there are two ways we can work together:

1. Project-by-project

I am available on a project-by-project basis if you need one-off or limited help, for example if you need someone to help you create a content calendar or want a top level review of your existing messaging.

If you want to give your content marketing a more comprehensive overhaul and want me to look at every aspect, we can arrange a monthly fee and go through it piece by piece over a longer period of time.

How long does a content review take?

This depends on exactly what you want and the state of your existing content marketing activities. We will agree set deadlines at the start of any collaboration so you know what to expect from the outset.

How fast will I see returns if I overhaul my content marketing?

Again, there is no guaranteed timescale in which you will see returns. Content marketing is a long-term investment that continues paying off for as long as you put time and effort into it. 

Do you only do consulting?

No, I also do content creation and can undertake any writing that you need. Additionally, I work with a network of trusted designers, web developers, SEO professionals and others who can provide whatever marketing services are required.

Will bringing a consultant in upset my existing marketing team?

It shouldn’t do. I aim to provide a positive service that is all about understanding the positives and enhancing them. My consultancy service is not about bringing anyone down or making anyone feel bad about their work. Instead, I aim to help and add value to your existing operation, for the benefit of everyone.

What type of property and construction businesses do you work with?

I work in all property sectors and with construction businesses of all sizes. I’ve got 15 years of experience in the industry and have seen projects and firms of every type. There is no upper or lower limit on the size of company I can work with.
